The two │ │ live tracks that also appear on the album, the frenzied "So When Was │ │ the Last Time We Painted Over the Blood on the Walls" and a slightly │ │ more focused take of the epic "A Little Change Can Go a Long Ways," │ │ have a bit more power and heft to them in these versions, and the two │ │ otherwise unavailable songs, "An Innocent Face" and "Shadows of Ghosts │ │ Passing on City Streets," bode well for the group's future. However, │ │ the five untitled songs of the demo show the band in a state best │ │ described as promising but unformed, and they're strictly for │ │ completists.
